Be aware that soft drinks and alcohol are extra at all meals. Also, you will be considered an auditor by the school so will also need to pay the audit fee of $200 for the course ($75 for seniors). The cost for the trip will vary depending on the number of participants.
Cost each for 30 participants: $3,600
Cost each for 16 participants: $4,100
If the size of the trip is between those two extremes, price will be adjusted accordingly.
A commitment to the trip and a $200 deposit will be required by Dec. 10. Full payment of the fee for the trip is due Feb. 10. That is also when the school will need your passport information.
The school will send instructions for getting information from the on-campus orientation sessions we will have with the students on the trip. This will be either through a login to the actual session or through a link to recordings of the sessions. There will be five one-hour orientation sessions on campus. You will also receive all the information that is provided for students in preparation for the trip. There also is a list of required and recommended readings. You will receive those as well. Included in the recommendations will also be some movies.
