Course of Study School of Ohio transcripts are processed through the General Board of Higher Education and Ministry: cosregistrar@gbhem.org. Include name, conference, and date of birth in COS transcript requests.
Requesting official MTSO transcripts
MTSO has partnered with Parchment, Inc. to provide 24-hour transcript ordering through a secure website. Order your transcript online here. To request a transcript you must login or register by creating a new account. If this is your first time using the online order system, please click Create Account and enter the required information. Once your account is created you will be able to request transcripts online and track the status of your orders. Orders are generally processed within five business days (allow additional processing time for high volume periods). There are three delivery methods available:
- eTranscript to be sent electronically (as a certified PDF) [$3.00 Parchment Service Fee];
- Printed transcript to be mailed via USPS or FedEx [$3.00 Parchment Service Fee + Postage / Delivery Fee];
- Printed transcript to be held for pickup in the Academic Affairs Office at MTSO [$3.00 Parchment Service Fee].

Unofficial transcripts for current MTSO students
Students who are currently enrolled or on an official leave of absence may access their own unofficial transcript from the Populi system. Navigate to the Student tab, then the Transcript tab, and click the "Transcript Actions" link. Choose the option for exporting unofficial transcripts to get a PDF document.
Donations to the Campus Needs Fund
MTSO does not charge for transcripts. (The school doesn’t benefit from service or delivery fees charged by Parchment.) If you wish, you may make a donation to the Campus Needs Fund, which provides emergency assistance for students. Checks can be made payable to MTSO Campus Needs Fund and sent to:
